A mystery signing at first - Agombar's arrival at Swindon was never announced by the club - instead, the news made its way into the public domain via the player's own Facebook account - confirmation only coming a month later, when the Swindon Advertiser revealed he had signed a one year deal. Agombar arrived at the County Ground having previously left Maltese side Floriana, where he appeared for only a few controversial minutes - after coming on in the dying moments of 1-0 win over Hibernians, their opponents protested to the Maltese FA that Agombar was ineligible, having already played for two clubs in England earlier in the season, the maximum according to FIFA rules. Their protest was upheld, Floriana's 1-0 victory was awarded as a 3-0 reverse, and Agombar played no further part in the season.
Having only made the first team squad as an unused sub once during his first season, it was assumed that Agombar would leave the club permanently in the summer of 2014. Instead, Agombar joined Hereford United on loan who had recently been taken over by Harry’s dad, Tommy. In March 2015, Agombar joined Grays Athletic on loan before returning shortly before the conclusion of the Football League season.
Despite boss Mark Cooper looking to rest players as he prepared his side for the Play-Offs, it still came as something of a surprise that Agombar was named in the starting for the final game of the season against Leyton Orient, with Harry’s dad in the Director's Box to witness his son's Football League debut. Agombar looked shattered throughout his 63 minutes of predominantly playing short passes. He was eventually substituted for Lee Marshall as Town fought back from being two goals down to draw 2-2 - a result that relegated the visiting side.
Agombar was released in the summer of 2015 and went on to unsuccessfully pursue a career in the USA and occasionally play in Non-League.
