Antonio was signed in July 2014, after winning the annual "Win a Pro Contract" competition sponsored by Samsung - giving the central defender a chance to make a name for himself at a higher level. Born in London, he had been with Staines Town before winning contract for the season - the eighteen year old was loaned out to near neighbours Swindon Supermarine, but never made a senior appearance for Swindon before being released when his deal expired.
