A young midfielder signed on his first professional contract in April 2011, after coming up through the youth ranks - youth team manager and caretaker boss Paul Bodin gave Clark his senior debut, coming on as a late substitute on the final day of the 2010/11 season, in a 2-0 win at Tranmere.

It proved to be Clark's only senior appearance for the Town - after being allowed to join Oxford City on loan early the following season, before being released when the transfer window opened in January.
