Dabre played youth football in his native Italy before moving to the Volenti Academy in South London, and joined Town in the summer of 2021 as Bens Chorley and Garner hastily constructed a squad capable of competing in League Two.

He made his first team debut against Arsenal U21s in the Papa John’s Trophy, scoring a 17th minute goal in a 2-1 Town win, and went on to start all four of Town’s games in that competition in a variety of positions - right wing, right wing back and left wing back. That was more or less his whole first Town season, although he did get a three minute cameo against Manchester City in the FA Cup third round, coming on to replace Harry McKirdy to allow the Town striker a standing ovation.

Otherwise, Dabre was generally an unused squad member for league games, before being allowed to join Chippenham Town on loan in February 2022, making 11 National League South appearances and scoring one goal. He signed a one-year contract extension at the end of the season.

Dabre’s second season also saw him restricted to cup appearances for Town, starting two Papa John’s Trophy games, coming on as a sub in the League Cup defeat at Walsall and being an unused sub in Town’s FA Cup exit to Stockport. After Town’s participation in cup competitions was complete, he spent time out on loan, initially with Banbury before an extended period at Worthing. He was not offered a new contract at the end of the season and left the club having made eight appearances, but none in the league.
