A youth team central midfielder whose one sight of the first team was a spot on the bench against Luton Town in the Checkatrade Trophy, Gunner was released at the end of the 16/17 season. Unusually for a Town youth player, he found another professional club and signed a one year deal at Bradford City after his release. He also failed to make a first team appearance for the Bantams, and was later playing locally with Chippenham.
