A young striker signed on loan from Reading for the second half of the 2018/19 season, House’s opportunities at Town were seriously restricted by the arrival of Theo Robinson at the end of January.
House made his debut away at Macclesfield Town the day after joining, replacing Scott Twine as a 72nd minute substitute as Town grabbed a last minute winner through Jak McCourt. He made four further substitute appearances and just one start - in a stalemate at Cambridge United - without scoring. Whilst at Town, he won his first cap for the Scotland U21 team.
House returned to Reading at the end of the season and has since joined Eastleigh, where he has established himself as a goalscorer at National League level.
