Player Profile

Liverpudlian midfielder McCourt came through Leicester’s academy and arrived at Swindon from Chesterfield, who he left after their relegation from League Two in 2018. Handed a one-year contract by Phil Brown, he played 30 games in the 2018/19 season, scoring one goal - a last minute winner at Macclesfield in January.

After being released by Town at the end of the season, he joined Sol Campbell’s Macclesfield and was relegated to the National League for the second time in three seasons.
