Goalkeeper who played second fiddle to regular choice Town legend Jimmy Allan, after signing from Oldham in 1978.
He managed to keep Allan out of the team for almost half of the 1978/1979 season, but when Allan regained his place, Ogden's appearances were limited to those games when Allan was injured. After just 24 appearances, and just fifteen months after he joined, he left the club for Rotherham at the beginning of the 1979/1980 season.
